Whether you choose shipping, delivery, or pickup in-store, get your order beautifully gift wrapped with a special note! We do it all for you with colorful gift paper, ribbon, & a pink note card. Customize the note or if you do not add any customization, it will automatically say "Happy Mother's Day!"

Instructions for notecard customization:

- type your message - make sure it fits on 3x5 note card

- click "save"

Shipping, Pickup & Returns

SHIPPING

We offer shipping on boutique, floral & some decor items. We do not ship fragile decor items. For items we do ship, we take great care to make sure your order is packed appropriately and sent immediately. During the business week, we ship most orders the same day if the order is placed by 2pm EST. Orders place on the weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using First Class, Priority and Priority Express.
Delivery time is dependent on the method chosen at time of order.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or to international locations.

PICK UP IN STORE

We offer local pickup at our store! Simply choose the 'Pick up' option during checkout. Once confirmed, expect an email notification indicating that your items are ready for collection, typically within 1 business day. When you arrive, head to the front desk and provide the name associated with your online order to collect your items.


ITEM AVAILABILITY

All of our orders are fulfilled through our retail location and are processed on a first come, first serve basis. The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed in the checkout. If an item is very popular, it might be available when you place it in your shopping cart but sold out once it is processed for shipment. You will be notified immediately if this situation happens and refunded appropriately if your credit card has been charged.

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
  • Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
